Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of our website and to the services we provide. Please read them before working with us.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

01About these terms

These terms are between you and Innoveight ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website you agree to them. If we agree to provide services to you, these terms apply together with the written proposal or statement of work for that project. If they conflict, the proposal prevails for that project.

02Our services

We provide independent implementation and consulting services for GoHighLevel, such as CRM and pipeline setup, workflow automation, AI conversation setup, funnels and websites, appointment booking, reputation management and sub-account configuration.

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel and other product names and logos belong to their owners.

03Proposals and scope

Each project is defined in a written proposal that sets out what is included, such as the number of pages, workflows, integrations and revisions, plus the timeline and support terms. Work outside the agreed scope needs a written change request and may cost extra.

04Fees and third-party costs

Fees and payment terms are stated in your proposal. Unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise, the following are separate from our fees and are your responsibility:

  • GoHighLevel subscription and platform fees.
  • Phone, SMS and email usage and delivery costs.
  • Domains, hosting and third-party tools or integrations.
  • Paid templates and advertising spend.
  • Ongoing support, unless a support plan is included.

05Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and timely access, feedback and approvals.
  • Make sure you have the right to use any content, data, logos and contact lists you give us.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and share them through secure channels, never in website content.
  • Review and approve all copy, claims, testimonials and disclaimers before they are published.
  • Use the systems we build lawfully.

06Messaging and compliance

You are responsible for having the consent and permissions needed to contact people by email, text message or phone, and for following the laws, platform rules and carrier requirements that apply to your messages, including opt-out handling. We can configure tools to support compliance, but we do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee compliance.

07Healthcare and sensitive information

Healthcare-related information is sensitive. Systems for healthcare or similar businesses must be reviewed against the privacy, security, consent and healthcare rules that apply to you before any patient or client data is handled. Do not put protected health information into an unapproved workflow or channel. AI features must not be used to diagnose, triage emergencies or replace professional judgment.

08No guarantees

We build systems and processes. We do not guarantee leads, sales, appointments, review ratings, search rankings or any other business result, because these depend on your offer, market, traffic, team, data quality and other factors outside our control. AI-assisted features can make mistakes and should be tested, monitored and supported by a human handoff.

09Third-party platforms

Our work depends on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, messaging carriers, calendars and integrations. Their features, limits, pricing and availability can change or be interrupted, and we are not responsible for outages or changes we do not control.

10Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content, brand and data. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. Once you have paid for a deliverable, you may use it for your business as described in the proposal. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

11Support after handover

A handover walkthrough and documentation are included only if listed in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance and support are available under a separate agreement.

12Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that is unlawful. Content on this website is provided for general information and is not professional advice.

13Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15Ending the relationship

Either of us may end a project as set out in the proposal. If we end it, you pay for work completed up to that point. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability, remain in effect.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using our website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Innoveight is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that place unless a written agreement says otherwise.
